sweet sorrow

i watched the middle to end of miss potter which is possibly one of the saddest movies i've seen in a long time. In it she carries all her brushes and pens in a woven basket/box, which is something i would die to have. that is my first thought

my second is that earlier today i had a shitty day. Boo left and it made me really sad, then i had an awful dream which i was counting on to let me escape my sadness over boo leaving me. I got a late start on getting to class on time, which was fine, the teacher didn't care.

I talked to my old senior studio teacher(the dept chair) about the fashion illustration project there doing in calibration with somerset and he told me i could be apart of it too! Which means so much to me. This is something that i want as a future so I'll have to work extra hard in order to create the best piece so they'll choose it and have me illustrate for there company(somerset mall). It would be the start of my career.

i had a great ethics class where we learned about Plato and different moral theories, which really interests me. That made this day a lot better because its hard having a friday night class. PLUS i had a cute guy sitting in front of me, always a good day when that happens.

so in all not a bad day. here's hoping for many more days that will turn out the way this one did.
